FAQ

How do I subscribe to the free online tutorials?  Simply enter your name and email address in the boxes on the right hand side of the screen.  You will be sent an email asking you to confirm that you would like to receive our free tutorials.
 
I have created an account before but cannot log in now.  We have merged our two sites BlossomSugarArt.com and BlossomSugarArt.co.uk and created a new store with improved features.  To order you will need to enter your details again.  We thank you for your patience.
 
Why do you need my details for the order?  Your personal details are used so we can ship your order to you. Your telephone number is required in case we ever need to contact you regarding an order you have place, however email is the preferred method of communication. We will only ever use your telephone number regarding an order you have made, if we can’t contact you by email.

What will happen to my personal information?  Your details will be kept secure and confidential. We will never give your details to a third party (except if required by law).
 
How do I place an order?  To purchase an item, simply click on the product. It will take you to the product page. On the product page there should be a box on the lower right hand side below the product description  'Add this to my cart'
 
How do I change the contents of my cart?  To delete items in your cart click on 'shopping cart' it is along the top pink line on the screen next to Home and Log In. You can click on the quantity numbers next to each item and enter 0. Click on the  'refresh' button next to it which is the two pink arrows.

I want to pay with credit card but I don't have a Paypal account.
Paypal a preferred method of payment online around the world.  It is secure, easy and fast way to pay.  Your details are used securely by Paypal, and not shared with individual merchants.  You do not need to be a member of Paypal to use your credit card to pay.  They simply process your online payment for us securely.

Do your prices include TAX?  Our prices do not include VAT. You are responsible for paying any tax when your items is processed by customs in your own country.

How long will my order take to be delivered?  We aim to post orders within 1 to 2 days of recieving the order.

Do you have a shop front? Currently we are an online store only. This way we can keep over overheads low and offer you the best possible price.
